I would definitely not recommend the medium shore hardness for this large of a dildo. It is entirely too hard. I bought the medium and had to buy the soft too because it was too much. But the soft is great and very realistic. I would’ve liked the option for a medium base and the rest soft, but the option wasn’t available. Good quality and fast shipping
